We have a wonderful restored Auditorium at Arnold Elementary , made possible by the work of the Arnold Alumni Association. It is an excellent venue for plays, productions and community events for our city, and we also serve as a Rain Venue for the "Evening Shade" concerts sponsored by the Bradley Cleveland Chamber of Commerce and the Allied Arts Council. We are working to purchase a new sound system to provide coverage for this wonderful auditorium.
We are planning to provide a new system, with a 16 channel mixer, separate amp to power the system with speaker coverage for the auditorium and the over and upper balcony of the room. We have been working with Barry Melton, who has a wonderful reputation in our city for his expertise in sound, and is a well respected citizen with the Civil Air Patrol and his work with Life Care. We are posting some of these items on the website "Donors Choose" and have received a 8 wireless microphone wireless system (valued at $800.00) to begin our push for new equipment. This was sponsored by an anonymous donor and Mr. Kenneth McNeil and Horace Mann. We were so grateful for their sponsorship of this first purchase. We are looking for an additional $4000 to $5,000 for the cost and installation of this system.

Our girls enjoy walking home from school with their friends along the same tree lined sidewalks their grandparents traveled.
Its a wonderful tradition and another advantage to "downtown" living!
